Well, 2008 is one for the history books now.
On the political side, in Canada, Dion is acclaimed as man of the year.
I’m now no longer a Canadian resident, though I sha’n't arrive in DC till tomorrow.
Personally, I’m with Instapundit — 2008 was a good year. I paid off my student loans, I was of some use to the family business, but I’ve escaped and am ready to make my mark in the US of A.
I’m relatively healthy. We won in Iraq. And my (liberal) American friends are happy with their country again.
All in all, not a bad year at all.
